Refund & Return Policy – The House of Regent

We have a 5-day return request policy, which means you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To be eligible for any return, exchange, or claim, you must record a clear unboxing video. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label/receipt, and the complete unpacking process without any cuts.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must have original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final and non-refundable.


Exchange / Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, you may:

  • Exchange the item for another product, or

  • Choose an alternative product of equal value

If the new product has a higher price, the difference must be paid by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)


Additional Information

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions
