Shipping Policy – The House of Regent

Thank you for shopping with The House of Regent. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders and will be calculated at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of ₹40 will be collected at the time of delivery.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders are subject to confirmation.

  • Customers must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to accept COD orders is strictly discouraged.

RTO (Return to Origin) & Refused Orders

If a customer:

  • Refuses to accept the order

  • Provides an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Is unavailable at the time of delivery

The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • Shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the paid amount (if prepaid)

  • For COD orders, future orders may be restricted or require prepaid payment

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to courier issues beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
